Insurance Agent

Fiesta Auto Insurance G& P seeks a dynamic Insurance Agent to join multiple locations in California. This role offers paid training, licensure support within 30 days, and a path for growth into leadership.

• Provide WOW Level Customer Service to our clients
• Meet with potential clients to assess insurance needs.
• Assist customers with making payments in person or over the phone.
• Answer a high volume of inbound calls.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls.
• Educate clients on available insurance products and coverage options.
• Multitask and meet deadlines.
• Manage company leads and generate leads.
• Maintain relationships with existing customers for repeat business.

• On target first year agents earn $50,000 – $75,000 D.O.E.
• Senior agents average salary between $85,000-$125,000 a year.
• Full-time position (35-45 hours per week) No Part-Time Hours

• High school diploma; A.A is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual - Must be able to fluently Speak Spanish
• Must have your own reliable transportation
• Availability:
  Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
