• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Communicate verbally and in writing with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use calculator).
• Make correct monetary change.
• Coordinate motor skills between eyes and hands for rapid precise movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Ability to navigate adverse terrain, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.

• Deliver product by car to customers’ door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Exposed to varying weather conditions during delivery.
• Work indoors in temperatures ranging from 36 °F to 90 °F+.
• Walk, climb stairs, and carry deliveries up to 50 pounds.
• Operate in cramped spaces such as walk‑in coolers; exposure to cooking fumes and cornmeal dust.
• Handle hot surfaces and sharp edges.
• Perform repetitive manual tasks with dexterity and coordination.
• Stand, walk, lift, carry, push, and pull as required.

Strong vision (far, near, mid‑range, depth perception) and hearing are required. Workers must be able to work under stress, meet quality control standards, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
