Overview
This position is located in the Seamless Care Models Group (SCMG), Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation (CMMI), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
As the Director Seamless Care Models Group, you will provide executive leadership and direction in what is currently CMMI's largest group for designing and implementing innovative payment and care delivery models.
Responsibilities- Provides executive oversight and direction to CMMI model teams and directs the identification and development of care innovations that advance the goals of better care, better health, and lower cost in CMS programs.
- Serves as a principal advisor to the Center Director/Deputy Directors and other senior Agency, Departmental, and Administration leaders on critical decisions and recommendations associated with alternative payment models in the innovation “pipeline
