Responsibilities- Oversee the daily operations of a skilled nursing unit, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to regulatory standards
- Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans, and provide guidance on medication management, wound care, and other medical interventions
- Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentorship, and identify opportunities for professional development
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans, and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Ensure accurate documentation of patient care and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a culture of safety, respect, and compassion, and promote a positive work environment

Requirements- Current RN license in the state of Maryland
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, with the strong desire to lead and manage a nursing team
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a high level of attention to detail
