Job Summary

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in-store experience by being a trusted sleep authority and offering best-in-class products. The role involves executing Mattress Firm selling programs, using digital tools, supporting a seamless omnichannel experience, and creating an engaging environment centered on the customer.

• Provide technical and product knowledge information to customers and serve as subject matter expert.
• Drive individual sales performance and KPIs while demonstrating company values and supporting initiatives.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Maintain awareness of competition, advertisements, and services offered by competitors.
• Leverage social media to positively impact brand awareness and increase sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds as required.

Competitive pay range of $64,000 to $78,000 per year depending on qualifications and experience. Base pay or uncapped commission, with additional bonus opportunities for eligible leadership and individual contributor roles.
