SUMMARY

The CRM Coordinator is responsible for the strategic coordination and optimization of the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) ecosystem. This role ensures the CRM platform supports end to end customer lifecycle management, enables sales and marketing effectiveness, and delivers accurate, secure, and actionable data across the organization.

The CRM Coordinator acts as the primary liaison between Sales, Marketing, IT, and executive leadership, translating business needs into scalable CRM solutions while driving adoption, data integrity, and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate is one who is capable of gaining high CRM adoption and user satisfaction across Sales and Marketing, improving data quality, reporting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and marketing operations with strong alignment between CRM capabilities and commercial strategy.

This is a US based role, which will require occasional travel and flexibility with working hours to accommodate different time zones.

Estimated pay range for this role, commensurate with experience, is $75,000-$90,000/year. This is an exempt, full time role eligible for benefits, 401(k), paid vacation, sick, and holidays.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • CRM Strategy & Leadership
    • Execute the company’s CRM strategy aligned with business and customer centric objectives.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CRM platform, setting priorities, roadmaps, and success metrics.
    • Lead cross functional collaboration between Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations to maximize CRM value.
  • Platform Coordination
    • Oversee day to day and long term CRM platform health, configuration, and optimization in partnership with IT / Technical Team.
    • Establish standards and best practices for CRM usage, data entry, and system changes.
    • Ensure alignment with evolving business processes.
  • Key Stakeholder & Team Collaboration
    • Sales Operations Teams:
      Optimize sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, and automation within the CRM.
    • Marketing Operations:
      Support customer segmentation, lead management, campaign tracking, and attribution.
    • IT / Technical Team:
      Partner on integrations, data architecture, system enhancements, and enterprise level configurations.
  • Data Accuracy, Security & Compliance
    • Establish controls and processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
    • Ensure compliance with applicable data protection and privacy regulations.
    • Monitor data quality and lead initiatives to improve reporting reliability and decision making.
  • Change Management & Adoption
    • Drive CRM adoption through training, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Act as a change leader, ensuring new features, workflows, and processes are effectively rolled out and embraced by users.
    • Monitor usage and performance metrics to identify gaps and opportunities.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Significant experience leading or managing CRM platforms in a mid to large enterprise environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations, marketing operations, and customer lifecycle management.
