Located in Riverdale, GA, we are looking for a part-time Registered Behavior Technician to join our dedicated team.
THE BASICSPay: We offer a competitive pay range of $20 - $25 per hour with paid cancellations.
Schedule: Your workweek will be 8:30 AM - 12 PM T-F (DAYCARE). Schedules stay the same M-F and offer you flexibility! Enjoy a healthy work-life balance. Plus, say goodbye to weekend work!

As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will spend your days providing one‑on‑one ABA services to our clients in their homes, schools, daycares, and community settings. Your mornings and afternoons will be filled with engaging and enjoyable sessions, tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. You will collect data during each session to track progress and write detailed session notes to document development.
RequirementsFor a Registered Behavior Technician
- Valid RBT certification OR in the progress of taking the RBT Exam within 2-4 weeks
- Ability to follow written instructions
- Reading comprehension of behavioral goals
- Adherence to BACB Ethics Code
- Experience as an RBT/BT
- Proficiency in collecting data and writing comprehensive session notes
- Comfort working in various settings and with different clients
- Candidates with an associate, bachelor's, or any other advanced degree are encouraged to apply!
