• Executive oversight of a leading behavioral healthcare organization providing inpatient and outpatient services across multiple patient populations
• Full accountability for operations, financial performance, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, risk management, and physician relationships
• Leadership of behavioral health and substance use treatment services, as well as all associated clinical and support departments
• Strategic responsibility for growth initiatives, service line expansion, physician engagement, and community outreach efforts
• Direct leadership and development of a multidisciplinary executive, clinical, and operational leadership team
