Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing, a 152-bed long-term care and rehabilitation center located in the heart of Riverdale, Georgia. As a valued member of our nursing team, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care to our residents while collaborating with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.
Responsibilities:
Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including but not limited to vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
Assess and identify resident needs, communicating effectively with the team to ensure timely interventions
Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care
Additional Requirements:
Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia
Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Passion for delivering exceptional patient care with compassion and empathy
