Overview

Riverdale Center for Nursing and Healing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) at a 152-bed long-term care and rehabilitation center located in Riverdale, Georgia. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional results.

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents, including vital sign monitoring, medication administration, and wound care.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assess and identify resident needs, communicating effectively with the team to ensure timely interventions.
• Provide emotional support and comfort to residents and their families.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care.

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Georgia.
• Experience in long-term care or post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
