• Conduct health assessments and develop personalized care plans for participants.
• Administer medications and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health.
• Provide nursing care and support for daily activities in a safe environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate participants and families on health management and wellness.
• Document all patient interactions and maintain accurate health records.
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide appropriate interventions.
• Foster a positive and engaging atmosphere for participants and staff.

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a geriatric or adult day health setting.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Compassionate demeanor with a passion for caring for adults.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Proficient in electronic health records (EHR) and documentation.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
