ROLE DESCRIPTION:

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet and exceed sales goals for policies written, premium growth, and conversion rates
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Provide clear explanations of coverage options and guide customers through the buying process
- Maintain accurate records and follow State Farm sales processes
- Build strong relationships with prospects and existing customers
- Contribute to a positive, energetic, goal‑driven team environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ability to obtain required insurance licenses (Property & Casualty; Life & Health a plus)
