Warehouse Supervisor

Attached to the warehouse manager, your main mission is to supervise and coordinate logistics operations within our company. Your role will be to ensure effective and optimized management of the merchandise flows, from storage to distribution, while ensuring respect for deadlines and customer satisfaction.

In this perspective, you:

• Supervise the daily operations of the logistics department;
• Plan and organize the activities of reception, storage, preparation, and shipment of goods;
• Coordinate with different services to ensure smooth collaboration between teams;
• Monitor logistics performance indicators and propose continuous improvements;
• Lead and motivate a team of logistics professionals;
• Identify potential problems and implement adequate solutions to optimize processes.

Your profile:

• With a BAC/BAC+2 degree, ideally in the logistics field, you have successful experience in a similar position. You are comfortable with computer tools (LOGYS, SAP, Office…);
• You have good interpersonal skills and natural authority, you are comfortable with real-time activities;
• Dynamic and rigorous, you know how to be available for your colleagues;
• You can make quick decisions, you know how to be a force of proposal, particularly in a continuous improvement drive;
• You have in-depth knowledge of logistics operations, stock management methods, and shipment tracking systems;
• Ability to lead a team and encourage collaboration and efficiency;
• You have communication and problem-solving skills.

The position is full-time permanent in Bartenheim (near Mulhouse and Basel) following a morning and an afternoon or day schedule.
