As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care in a 23-bed unit. You will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care are met. Your expertise will be essential in maintaining patient safety and comfort, especially when floating to the PCU for MSU assignments.
- Provide compassionate and comprehensive care to patients in a Med Surg unit
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and document in the EPIC charting system
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications: BLS (AHA or ARC), NIHSS
- Need 1 year experience in setting
