Maintain facility and sales floor safety, organize and merchandise the Tire and Battery Center (TBC) floor, manage inventory, assist members with purchases and service decisions, drive sales and service excellence, prioritize service workflow, and ensure compliance with company policies and safety requirements.

• Conduct regular safety sweeps and report unsafe situations.
• Ensure the TBC sales floor is organized, stocked, and merchandised according to company policies.
• Present merchandise by stocking, setting up, cleaning, and pricing displays.
• Monitor tire and battery orders, assist members with installation appointments, and communicate changes.
• Provide expert member service, recommend products, explain warranties, and resolve concerns.
• Drive sales and service excellence by promoting TBC offerings across the club.
• Triage and prioritize the service workflow in TBC bays, coordinating with team members.
• Demonstrate knowledge of safety, compliance, TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems), product specifications, and POS systems.
• Use digital tools and handheld devices to enhance service and operations.
• Act as a brand advocate, mentor teammates, and support training needs.
• Process payments, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and open‑door policy; provide a customer‑first experience.

• Valid state‑issued driver’s license.
• 18 years of age or older.

• Auto service industry experience.
• Retail experience.

Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
