Job Overview:
Responsibilities include operating a delivery vehicle, ensuring safe and timely delivery of pizzas and related items, handling orders, and maintaining inventory and facility cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate delivery vehicle and navigate to customer locations, including adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings.
• Deliver pizzas, flyers, door hangers, and other products within the designated delivery area.
• Receive, process, and keep accurate inventory paperwork.
• Prepare product and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Handle orders over the phone and in person, give correct written instructions, and use calculators for accurate monetary change.
• Operate equipment and maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
• Use tools such as computers, telephones, calculators, pizza peel, rolling cutter, and packaging materials.
• Assist with loading/unloading bulk deliveries using hand trucks and apply proper lifting, carrying, pushing, and climbing techniques.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
• Navigation skills, ability to read maps, and locate addresses accurately.
• Basic math skills for addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and monetary change.
• Strong verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
• Computer and touch‑screen proficiency for order entry.
• Ability to read and interpret written instructions and produce correct written responses.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, carry, push, pull dollies, climb stairs, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures, handle fumes, dust, and other hazards.

Physical & Environmental Conditions

Work requires standing for extended periods, walking on various surfaces, lifting and carrying items up to 50 pounds, climbing stairs, handling hot surfaces, and operating in temperature ranges from 36°F to 90°F or higher. Adverse weather conditions may be encountered while delivering product.
