Do you have 2 years of general ledger accounting experience? Are you looking for a culture that promotes from within? If so, we want to speak with you about your new role as Staff Accountant for a growing manufacturer.
As the Staff Accountant your duties will include:- Booking journal entries and ensuring proper supporting documentation is entered into the system
- Assisting the Controller with month‑end, quarter‑end, and annual close
- Reconciling assigned balance sheet accounts
- Processing sales and use tax
- Overseeing fixed asset reconciliations
- Processing accounts payable including check runs and 1099's
- Bachelor degree in accounting or a related field
- 2 years of experience in manufacturing accounting
