Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager for a direct hire opportunity with a manufacturing organization in Riverside, CA. • Manage the full cycle month‑end close process, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
• Oversee cost accounting activities within a manufacturing environment, including inventory, product costing, and variance analysis.
• Maintain accurate general ledger activity and ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and reporting deadlines.
• Leverage Net Suite and advanced Excel to analyze financial data, improve reporting, and support operational decision‑making.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to review costs, identify trends, and provide meaningful financial insights.
• Support process improvements, accounting controls, and documentation to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

• Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 per year.
