ARC Service Analyst

Do you love to help, train, and support your teammates? Are you good at problem solving and enjoy researching issues to find the answer? We are currently hiring a Service Analyst for the Accounting Resource Center (ARC).

ARC is the Accounting Help Desk for the Hub Financial Center (HFC), the centralized accounting team for HUB International.

** What you'll do:*
* · Respond to emails from Operations requesting assistance with Accounting related questions or issues

· Research "what went wrong"

· Determine assistance needed and follow the path to resolution

· Follow up to make sure end-result is obtained

· Work with the Accounting units to ensure that requests are completed

· Assure that fields are completed correctly and timely in the ARC ticketing system

· Duties as otherwise assigned

** What you bring to our team:*
* · High School Diploma Required

· Minimum 2 years of experience with Property Casualty insurance accounting or Property Casualty Insurance Account Manager experience including agency bill invoicing

· Ability to quickly learn new systems and workflows

· Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Has a strong belief that client service is the top priority

· Understand that teaching someone how to find the answers is more important than just providing the answer

· Strong analytical skills and enjoy research

· Possess a good eye for detail

· Are able to work independently and provide results

The expected salary range for this position is $25.00 - $37.00 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
