Insight Global is looking for a Financial Services Representative. They will serve as a point of contact for customers, researching and resolving student account inquiries while delivering accurate, timely, and professional customer service. Responsibilities include but are not limited to processing financial and administrative transactions, maintaining student account records, monitoring and responding to departmental communications, utilizing the student information system and other campus resources to research and resolve issues, and providing administrative support for daily operations.
Requirements- Basic Accounting knowledge
- Billing Receivables Experience - at least 2 years
- Ability to read Debits and Credits and interpret student accounts
- Ability to interpret Third party contracts in relation to student accounts and fees
- MS Office and G-Suite Knowledge (Specifically MS Teams and Excel)
