Location Ontario, CA
Pay Rate: $24.00 per hour
Shift: Can be flexible on hours | 8 AM - 5 PM, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, 8:30 AM - 5 PM, or 7:30 AM - 4 PM | Monday - Friday

These are the qualifications that matter.
- 1+ years of experience in record administration in a school setting
- Data entry skills with high accuracy
- Experience in Excel/Google Sheets - (ability to work with templates)
- Comfortable learning new platforms quickly
- Ability to manage multiple systems simultaneously
- Navigating SIS (this is a plus)
- Highly detail-oriented
- Comfortable with critical data entry
- Able to work independently
- Process incoming and outgoing records requests (official and unofficial transcripts, attendance, behavior, immunizations, IEP records, etc.)
- Submit and fulfill official transcript requests
- Communicate professionally with parents, students, schools, and institutions
- Process transcript imports, grade changes, grade replacements, and repeated courses
- Enter grade updates using spreadsheet templates
- Maintain high accuracy in all data entry tasks
