JOB SUMMARYThe Clinical / Operations Coordinator is responsible for performing administrative duties related to the onboarding of newly hired employees, including tracking and inputting employee required credentials.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIESAssist in the bi-weekly onboarding of new hire employees once they are participating in the New Employee Onboarding Process.
The onboarding assistance would include, but is not limited to:
- Assisting new hire employees input credentials into the GMR credentialing program.
- Verifying the submitted credentials in the GMR credentialing program.
- Creating a credential folder with hard copies for each new hire, which is to be delivered to their respective Administrative Supervisor.
- Assist the new employees with completing the Respiratory Medical Clearance Questionnaire.
- Track and verify the completion of new hire online training courses via GMR Learning Management System.
- Track and verify the completion of new hire drug screenings and background checks (if outstanding).
- Track and verify the new hire employee electronic pull notices (EPNs) from the CA DMV.
- Perform respiratory fit testing on new hire employees once they are cleared via OSHA Respiratory Medical Questionnaire.
- Ensure ERT personnel have appropriate credentials within the GMR Credentialing System to be eligible for deployment with AMR OEM. Assist the Riverside County Disaster Coordinator with monthly personnel availability and deployment planning.
- Support the Administrative Supervisors in credential management, as needed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties assigned.
- High school diploma or GED. College coursework is desirable.
- Three years minimum experience as an administrative assistant required or applicable / equivalent work experience.
- Recent EMT experience is highly desirable.
Skills and Abilities
- Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet multiple deadlines.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Type 50 - 60 wpm.
- Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
- Excellent phone and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative assistant skills with special emphasis on handling a variety of tasks efficiently.
- Strong initiative and follow through skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills.
- Effective oral and written, and interpersonal communication skills required.

Salary Range: $19.25 to $30.75/hour DOE (This rate applies to 8-hour shifts and average 40 per week)
