Responsibilities- Greeting and directing visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answering and routing incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area.
- Assisting with scheduling and coordinating appointments as needed.
- Handling general inquiries and providing accurate information to guests and staff.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Supporting administrative tasks and special projects as directed by the supervisor.
- Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
- Education requirement is AA or Bachelor's degree.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain a calm and professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role is a plus.
Monday to Friday, first shift, 8:30am - 5:30pm

- Maintaining records and supporting audits
- Bilingual Spanish (required)
