What's Required to Thrive Here

High school diploma or GED required; an associate degree is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Organized, deadline-focused, and great at managing workflow.
Dependable, confidential, and reliable.
1 year of experience working as an Account Clerk

What You'll Do:

Prepare and process mail
Answer account questions
Create customer invoices
Process credit card payments by phone
Misc. office duties as assigned
