Overview
We’re hiring a Temporary Rental Coordinator to support our team in Sylmar! This is a great opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
The Rental Coordinator rents and sells Caterpillar and allied equipment to maximize revenue while supporting the needs of current and prospective customers—from small tools and contractor supplies to large earthmoving and industrial equipment.

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $19–$22/hour
Term: 3–6 month assignment
WagesStarting wage for the Rental Coordinator will depend on experience and education: $19–$22.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and assist customers with rental inquiries.
- Process rental agreements, contracts, and invoicing accurately.
- Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
- Support daily rental operations and help coordinate equipment rentals.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.

- Must reside in the Riverside or Corona area.
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills.
- Comfortable handling transactions, contracts, and invoicing.
- Professional and dependable with a positive attitude.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

High school diploma or GED and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
