Administrative Assistant for Academic Practice Partnerships
Pay Range:
Compensation is expected to range between $26.00 and $27.00 per hour
, in alignment with the university’s reasonable expectations. Additional benefits package is provided.
The Administrative Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the College of Nursing, focusing on the Academic Practice Partnerships and Clinical Affiliations division. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance management systems, background screening processes, maintaining accurate student placement data, event planning, project coordination, scheduling, and oversight of student workers. The role works closely with the Associate Dean and Clinical Affiliations team, serving as a key point of contact for students seeking guidance with clinical placements.

- Proficiency in the use of personal computers and standard office software applications.
- Strong knowledge of business English, basic math, and standard office practices and procedures.

- Effective reading comprehension and professional writing skills appropriate to the responsibilities of the position.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and compile data, and prepare accurate and clear reports.
