Position Information

The Division of Biomedical Sciences at the UC Riverside School of Medicine is seeking an Executive Administrative Specialist to provide comprehensive, high‑level analytical, project management, and administrative support. In this critical role, you will serve as a central operational resource and liaison for senior management, faculty, and staff by researching and synthesizing complex data for proposals, managing sophisticated executive calendars, coordinating travel and high‑level events, and serving as a departmental guide on fiscal and administrative policies.

The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational and interpersonal skills, thrives in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities, and maintains the highest level of discretion and sound judgment within an academic health or medical school setting. The full salary range is $68,361.12 – $ annually, with expected pay up to $86,422 annually. Applicants must have current work authorization; the University does not sponsor visas.

Employees must comply with applicable University and collective bargaining policies. This hybrid position requires three days onsite and two days remote.
