Pay: $18 to $19/hour

Experience: Previous office or related experience.

Type: Full-time;
Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm

HB Staffing is seekingan Office Assistant tojoin a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

Greeting and registering visitors.

Modifying officers of client arrivals.

Screening incoming telephone calls/e-mails.

Relaying messages using the paging system.

Routing and distributing mail.

Monitoring and updating Sign-In/Out Boards and providing visual supervision of the waiting room.

Filing all incoming correspondence and other duties as required.

Position Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
