Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
Must be within 30 miles of Castle Park The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the HR department (and/or park leadership), helping ensure smooth office operations, accurate recordkeeping, and responsive support to employees and guests as needed.
What You'll Do- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and filing
- Greet and direct employees, applicants, and visitors
- Maintain and organize employee files and records, ensuring confidentiality
- Assist with new hire paperwork and onboarding logistics
- Support scheduling of meetings, interviews, and training sessions
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries, routing as appropriate
- Assist with data entry and maintaining accuracy in HR systems
- Order and maintain office/department supplies
- Support special events, seasonal hiring pushes, or administrative projects as assigned
- Assist with payroll and benefits questions
- Maintain scheduling report to include time punch audits
