CACI is actively seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to manage the procurement for NSWC Corona, storage, and distribution of office supplies and equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure that inventory levels are maintained, orders are processed efficiently, and supplies are delivered promptly to support smooth operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Support program staff and maintain a close and responsive relationship with office personnel.
- Perform routine clerical functions.
- Organize and maintain files, including personnel files.
- Receive office visits and handle telephone communications.
- Perform other various clerical and administrative duties.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to supply management, such as generating reports and maintaining inventory records.
- Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and reorder supplies as needed to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Distribute supplies to departments and staff, ensuring that requests are fulfilled accurately and in a timely manner.
- Ability to lift and carry supplies weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Office environment with occasional visits to customer locations.
Qualifications:
Required:
- High School Diploma (Bachelor's Degree is preferred.)
- 1-3 years of professional, administrative support experience;
Excellent MS Office knowledge. - Outstanding organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Discretion and confidentiality.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.
Pay Range:
This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.
Minimum Required Hourly Wage: $19.56
