Director's Secretary
The job of Director's Secretary is done for the purpose(s) of providing administrative and secretarial support to assigned school personnel; coordinating activities of assigned administrative personnel; ensuring compliance of activities under area of responsibility with financial, legal and administrative requirements; and providing information, recommendations and/or direction as may be requested by assigned director.
Requirements / QualificationsThree years of responsible secretarial experience. Job related experience with increasing levels of responsibility is required. High school diploma or equivalent. Targeted job related education that meets organization's prerequisite requirements. Once this position closes, your application will be screened for minimum qualifications. Those who meet the minimum qualifications will be emailed an invitation for testing. Testing is tentatively scheduled to be conducted on September 2, 2026.
