Welbe Health is seeking an IDT Coordinator in Riverside, CA to support our interdisciplinary team and Center Director. You will assist with IDT meetings, schedule appointments, prepare reports, and handle a variety of administrative documents to enable patient-centered care.
You will serve as a scribe for care planning and team meetings, track service delivery, and help identify staff responsible for assessments. A strong background in admin support and MS Office is required.
