Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Certification in automotive mechanics or a related field
- Proven experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive repair and diagnostic procedures
- Familiarity with General Motors makes and models
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and delegate tasks effectively
