Sales and Service Advisor – Floating sales position rotating between stores to help bridge staffing gaps and maintain sales momentum.

Varying from $55,000 to $85,000 per year (hourly + bonus opportunities).

• Promptly greet customers in a professional and courteous manner in person and on the telephone using standardized customer service techniques.
• Listen to and thoroughly document customers’ concerns; inspect the vehicle and review service history to identify and verify service needs.
• Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, clearly communicate additional recommendations from the technician, and document all recommendations in the customer file.
• Promote sales of appropriate services, parts and accessories by demonstrating product understanding and associated service requirements.
• Provide an accurate quote including cost and estimated time for approved services, and give updates throughout the day on status.
• Follow proper procedures when cashing out a customer’s ticket, including reviewing the completed multi‑point inspection and explaining applicable warranties.
• Conduct post‑repair and declined services follow‑up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track all new returns, core returns and warranty parts for individual customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards as outlined in the Employee Handbook.

• Current, valid driver’s license.
• Minimum age 18.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is helpful but not required.
• Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process‑driven environment.
• Availability to work Monday through Saturday.

The Sales & Service Advisor will be exposed to moderate to loud noise, dust, exhaust fumes, lubricants, petroleum products, vapors, caustic materials, and other hazardous and non‑hazardous materials. The temperature in the work environment varies and may include extreme heat and/or extreme cold depending on ambient temperatures outside. Use of safety goggles or other PPE may be required.

The Sales & Service Advisor must be able to meet the following physical requirements:

• Stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and walk to access various areas of the building.
• Bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly; must have full range of motion with arms and hands and be able to frequently handle or grasp objects.
• Lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly; lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently.
• Communicate with customers and shop personnel.
• Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and refocus.
