As a Commercial Relationship Manager I, you’ll support business clients by building strong relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions. You’ll play a key role in growing a high‑performing portfolio while helping clients navigate their lending and treasury management needs. This is a great opportunity to develop your expertise while making a meaningful impact in your local community.
In this role you'll- Develop and manage relationships with new and existing commercial clients.
- Actively market a broad range of bank services to meet the needs of business owners.
- Negotiate loan terms and conditions within your scope of authority.
- Prepare and present credit analyses and recommendations for borrowing requests.
- Conduct credit reviews to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor portfolio performance and manage risk through ongoing analysis and accurate risk rating.
- Perform periodic credit reviews to maintain overall portfolio quality.
- Build awareness of the bank through community involvement and networking.
- Assist loan support staff to ensure efficient relationship management.
- Follow all internal policies, procedures, security standards, and government regulations.
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Law, Computer Science, or a related field (Required).
- You have 2 or more years of experience in commercial credit, analysis, or business development (Required).
- You understand that an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
- You have a proven ability to develop and manage new business relationships.
- You communicate effectively with strong relationship management, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- You bring a solid understanding of local markets and client needs.
- You apply strong financial and analytical skills to underwrite and structure commercial credits.
- You understand treasury management products and their value to business clients.
- You stay current on federal and state laws and regulations related to commercial lending and appraisal guidelines.

- Targeted starting salary range (based on experience): $99,296 – $134,342
