Production Manager; Riverside

About the Opportunity

Tru Team, part of the Top Build family, is an industry leader in energy‑efficient insulation and building materials. We are looking for a Production Manager to lead the location’s production department and drive results.

• Full responsibility for all aspects of the production department.
• Visit work sites, direct and coordinate production schedules, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Solicit new business while maintaining existing business at required margin levels.
• Support the Branch Manager, improving performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability through implementation of effective methods and strategies.
• Manage a team and monitor processes and procedures for job activities performed by installers.
• Responsible for all aspects of human resources: interviewing, hiring, onboarding, performance management, and development.
• Any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned.

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a company vehicle.
• 4+ years of increasing responsibility and managerial experience; preference for construction/installation/trades.
• Bi‑lingual English/Spanish (preferred).
• Ability to perform essential functions of the position; reasonable accommodation provided when needed.
• This is a safety‑sensitive position.

• Local travel required; less than 50% of travel.
• Flexible schedule may include evening and weekend hours as required by demand.
• Prolonged standing, repetitive motions (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling), good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.

• Compensation range: $50,000.00 – $ (actual base salary within this range will vary based on relevant factors)
