Position:Full‑Time Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager administers payroll functions in accordance with accounting and cost reimbursement principles for nursing facility operations. The role is delegated the authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to carry out assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and perform payroll functions in accordance with current accounting and cost reimbursement principles.
- Assist in implementing day‑to‑day policies and procedures governing payroll.
- Process and verify time cards/sheets promptly.
- Prepare payroll checks in accordance with current pay periods.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to meet the facility’s needs.
- Minimum of three (3) years payroll preparation experience.
- High‑school diploma or equivalent.
- Must pass a clean background check.
