Superintendent – Commercial Roofing

We are a leading commercial and industrial roofing contractor with a strong reputation for quality, safety, and performance across the Western U.S. We specialize in new construction, re-roofing, tenant improvements, and preventative maintenance for a wide range of commercial properties.

We are currently seeking an experienced and hands-on
Superintendent to oversee field operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standards. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a deep understanding of commercial roofing systems and job site management.

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site roofing activities and crews
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, building codes, and company standards
• Manage daily job site operations, including scheduling, inspections, and quality control
• Communicate with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth workflow
• Monitor labor, materials, and equipment usage to maintain project efficiency
• Resolve on-site issues and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines
• Conduct regular site walkthroughs to ensure workmanship meets specifications
• Train and mentor crew members to promote skill development and safety awareness

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems (
  TPO
  , PVC, BUR, modified bitumen, etc.)
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• OSHA 30 certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
