• Review construction documents and understand scope of work to bid.
• Execute take‑offs of construction documents.
• Input take‑offs into spreadsheet.
• Solicit and obtain pricing for materials and subcontractors.
• Determine the cost of all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractors to complete the project.
• Inform immediate supervisor of any observed inaccuracies or omissions in quoted items or computer database.
• Prepare cost analysis by capturing all material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs required for installation of projects.
• Attend meetings as required.

Are you the right fit for this role? Skills & experience that are necessary as a Senior Estimator will include, but not limited to:

• 2‑3 years’ experience as a landscape/construction estimator.
• Construction estimating experience required. Landscape construction estimating is preferred.
• Experienced with take‑off and estimating software OnCenter, and Timberline a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced skill level in Excel and mathematics.
• Extremely detailed and strong work ethic.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• OST & Sage Estimating experience preferred but not required.
• Must be a team player and have the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
