Position:
Permanent Superintendent – Healthcare Construction (OSHPD/HCAi) located in Riverside, CA.
Salary: $120,000 - $175,000 per year.
Job DetailsWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee hospital construction projects, including remodels, renovations, tenant improvements, and ground‑up builds. The role involves managing all phases of project life cycle, ensuring OSHPD compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Responsibilities- Minimum 5 years of construction management experience in healthcare construction.
- Proven experience managing hospital remodels, renovations, TI, and ground‑up projects.
- Strong knowledge of OSHPD compliance.
- Excellent project management skills and ability to oversee multiple projects.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of HCAI prevention measures.
- Preferred degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Up to $160K base salary DOE.
