Roofing Field Superintendent

We are seeking a highly experienced and headstrong Field Superintendent to manage reroofing operations across Southern California, from the greater Los Angeles area to the High Desert region. This high-level position requires extensive experience in running and managing multiple commercial roofing crews and a comprehensive knowledge of all roofing products and quality assurance protocols.

The Field Superintendent will be the critical link between projects and management, handling a diverse range of responsibilities.

• Oversee and manage several residential reroofing projects simultaneously, from initial loading of materials to final completion.
• Directly manage crews assigning responsibilities and jobs to ensure optimal efficiency and quality.
• Maintain strict quality assurance standards, identifying potential issues proactively to prevent complications.
• Participate in the hiring and firing process, conducting performance evaluations in coordination with senior management.
• Serve as the primary contact for teams and builders, addressing concerns and providing guidance.

• A competitive salary of $85,000–$90,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses distributed biannually (with potential for monthly payouts)

The ideal candidate must demonstrate a high level of expertise in production roofing:

• Proven background in reroofing environments is mandatory.
• Must be proficient in working with a wide array of roofing materials and systems, including tile, TPO,PVC, standing seam flashing, and asphalt.
• Must be a "headstrong" leader with the ability to manage and motivate large teams effectively.
• Capable of managing complexlogisticsacross multiple job sites.
