Role Description
The Project Manager is a full-time, on‑site role based in Riverside, CA. This position oversees sign installation and related construction projects from planning through completion, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards are met. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include coordinating with clients, vendors, union partners, and internal teams; creating and maintaining project timelines; and managing logistics for materials, equipment, and personnel. The Project Manager tracks project progress, resolves issues, conducts site reviews, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
This role also involves preparing reports, updating stakeholders, and continuously improving processes to support efficient, safe, and high‑quality project delivery.
- Demonstrated experience in Project Management for construction, sign installation, or similar field‑based projects.
- Skills in Expediting and Expeditor functions to move permits, materials, and approvals through required processes efficiently.
- Experience in Inspection activities to verify installation quality, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management to coordinate equipment, crews, and materials across multiple job sites.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with clients, crews, and union partners.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications; familiarity with construction or sign industry standards is a plus.
- Proven organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and problem‑solving skills in fast‑paced environments.
- Working knowledge of OSHA safety practices; prior experience on field job sites and safety‑focused decision‑making is beneficial.
- Proficiency with project management software and basic office tools (e.g., spreadsheets, scheduling tools, email).
- Relevant education or training in project management, construction management, or a related discipline; professional certifications are a plus.
