As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction.

• Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
• Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
• Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and register balances at the end of your shift.
• Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
• Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience.
• Bag and wrap to-go orders.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly.
• Capability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.

Wear Angry Chickz uniform as well as non‑slip shoes required by the safety department.

Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Able to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is extremely helpful but not mandatory.

• Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
