As a Service Advisor, you will own our customer’s experience in the service lane. You are the first point of contact with our customers and will be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling, and customer service.

• Oversee Drive Lane Flow:
  Ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
• Advise Customers:
  Recommend necessary services for routine maintenance and explain the work performed, including repair order charges.
• Communication:
  Check on repair progress throughout the day, contact customers regarding any changes in estimate or time, and obtain proper authorization for additional repairs.
• Customer Ownership:
  Take ownership of the customer experience, handling additional tasks to leave a positive impression.
• Technician Time Management:
  Ensure that technicians' time is consistently utilized to serve service customers.
• Work Distribution:
  Efficiently distribute work among technicians to ensure smooth service operations.
• Professionalism:
  Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.

• Organized and friendly personality with strong time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills with a professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years, with a clean driving record.
• Previous service advisor experience required; CDK experience preferred.
