Description
4M Dental Implant Center is seeking an organized, detail-oriented, patient-focused Traveling Backup Treatment Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to ensuring an exceptional patient experience, from the first phone call to the completion of treatment. The ideal candidate will manage front office operations while providing backup support to the Treatment Coordinator in presenting treatment plans and facilitating patient care.
The role will travel to Riverside, Anaheim Hills, and Murrieta.
- Greet and welcome patients with professionalism and warmth.
- Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring optimal use of provider time.
- Answer incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and route calls appropriately.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the practice management system.
- Collect and post payments, verify insurance, and handle billing inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and office confidentiality standards.
- Support the Treatment Coordinator by reviewing treatment plans and discussing financial options with patients when needed.
- Assist in preparing treatment estimates, insurance breakdowns, and financial arrangements.
- Follow up with patients on pending treatment plans and scheduling.
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure accurate and timely communication of treatment details.
- Educate patients about procedures, timelines, and expectations to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate closely with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Contribute to a positive, patient-centered, and team-oriented work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of the practice.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish – Preferred
- Minimum 2 years of dental front office experience (implant or specialty experience preferred).
- Strong understanding of dental terminology, procedures, and insurance processes.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in dental practice management software (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or similar).

Starting at $30.00 an hour PLUS 1% Commission
