Dental Practice Coordinator

Chalmers Dental is looking for a Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team full-time. We're looking for someone with dental front-office experience who is friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoys working directly with patients.

Position:
Full-Time

Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM

Pay: $25-$30/hour, based on experience

• Welcoming patients and assisting with check-in and check-out
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Answering phones and assisting patients with questions
• Verifying dental insurance and helping patients understand their benefits
• Presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options
• Collecting payments and maintaining patient accounts
• Coordinating with the clinical team
• Maintaining accurate patient records
• Helping with day-to-day front-office responsibilities

• 1+ years of dental front-office experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a busy dental office
• Open Dental experience preferred

• Competitive pay: $25-$30/hour based on experience
