Drafter

I am seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafting Specialist to join our team in a full-time, in-office role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD drafting, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.

• Produce accurate technical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD (experience with any version is acceptable; 2026 is a plus).
• Collaborate with project managers, drafters, estimators, architects, and engineers to support project objectives.
• Interpret architectural plans, specifications, and construction documents.
• Prepare and revise drawings in accordance with project requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate effectively through written and verbal channels.
• Manage tasks with minimal oversight while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting deadlines.

  Experience:
  
  Approximately 5+ years of professional drafting experience.
• AutoCAD
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong foundational proficiency in AutoCAD; architectural drafting experience is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of glazing construction practices and standards is a significant plus.

  Autodesk Inventor (preferred)
• Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Illustrator

A combination of relevant education and industry work experience is preferred. Candidates with substantial real-world drafting experience are encouraged to apply even without formal academic credentials.

This is a full-time,
on-site position requiring daily in-office collaboration.
