A. Webb Associates (WEBB) is seeking an Associate Landscape Architect to play a key role in the design and delivery of diverse landscape architecture projects. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute technical expertise, lead project tasks, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Project Design & Delivery:
Lead the preparation of landscape architecture designs, including site planning, grading concepts, planting design, irrigation systems, and hardscape elements. - Project Management Support:
Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, and coordination to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work products. - Construction Documentation:
Prepare and review construction plans, specifications, and technical reports in accordance with industry standards and agency requirements. - Client & Agency Coordination:
Interface with clients, consultants, and public agencies to support approvals, permits, and project execution. - Technical Review:
Oversee and review work prepared by junior staff, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements. - Collaboration:
Work closely with engineers, planners, and survey teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in landscape architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 4–8 years of professional landscape architecture experience.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and standard design software.
- Strong understanding of construction documentation, design standards, and project coordination.
- Licensed Landscape Architect (California preferred) or actively pursuing licensure.
- Experience with public agency projects and permitting processes.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
