Lead Production on High-Impact Public Projects

If you enjoy owning construction documents, driving Revit production, and mentoring teams, this is a chance to step into a true Project Leader role supporting large-scale education and public-sector projects.

You'll be the technical backbone of the project team-translating design into buildable documentation and ensuring everything is coordinated, accurate, and ready for construction.

What You'll Be Doing

+ Lead Revit/BIM production across all phases (SD CA)

+ Develop and coordinate construction document (CD) sets

+ Work closely with project managers, architects, and consultants

+ Coordinate with MEP/structural teams to resolve conflicts

+ Review drawings and provide redlines + QA/QC support

+ Mentor junior designers and guide production workflows

+ Help keep projects on schedule and aligned with scope

What You Bring

+ Strong Revit experience (BIM workflows + model coordination)

+ Experience producing construction documents (CD phase)

+ Background in architecture across multiple project phases

+ Ability to coordinate with consultants and internal teams

+ Solid understanding of building codes and detailing

Nice to Have

Experience with education (K-12) or public-sector projects

+ Exposure to DSA or agency approval processes

+ Pursuing architectural licensure

This is a Permanent position based out of Riverside, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $105000.00/yr.
