Required Qualifications BA in TESOL or a closely related field, or a minimum of 120-hour TESOL certificate with extensive ESL teaching experience 2+ years of structured ESL/EFL teaching experience, particularly with adult learners Group class experience with groups of 8 or more C1 English proficiency (CEFR) or Advanced High (ACTFL) equivalent required Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms
